Protection: the corrosion resistant, high strength, fiber reinforced cement [products] formulations are designed in accordance with: 1) recent research developments in the use of well-known dry, microsilica densified powder admixture technology, and 2) in accordance to ACI 201 on the “Durability of Concrete, ” and 3) the usage of pure-fused calcium aluminate cement with calcium aluminate aggregates.
The Reliner MSP® Cement is a blend of polymer modified Portland cement, a dry microsilica powder, polypropylene fiber and other selective admixtures that impart greater workability and control during placement. The cement is designed to restore structural integrity in brick, corrugated metal pipe culverts, concrete, and Fiberglass infrastructure.
Microsilica Cement Technology: the Reliner MSP® Cement mortar is comprised of dry, microsilica powder admixture [also known as silica fume and compacted silica fume] and Portland cement, fiber reinforcement and auxiliary additives that dramatically improve its compressive strength, impart workability and increases corrosion resistance. Its broad applications are based on established guidelines and information found in recognized industry patents. The Reliner MSP® Cement’s [microsilica cement] durability is defined as its ability to withstand corrosion, resist hydrogen sulfide gas attack, chemical attack, abrasion, hydraulic erosion, and capability to restore structural integrity and stop water infiltration in both new and existing sewerage structures including manholes; lift station wet wells, concrete pipelines, water clarifiers and headworks; and other water treatment plant structures.
The dry, microsilica cement’s chemical composition expands the capability of Portland cement mortars. The microsilica cement is used to improve the cements strength, increase corrosion resistance and lower permeability; allowing it to be used to produce [form] high strength, monolithic liners to restore structural integrity in sewer manholes and lift station concrete, stop water infiltration and provide corrosion protection severely exposed structures. The Reliner MSP® Cement is packaged in 75 pound bags.

Sewer Manhole Masters Rehabilitation Lining System
EPA Verified Materials: the structural, Sewer Manhole Masters™ Rehabilitation Lining System is a composite repair process for making maintenance repairs in concrete and masonry brick manholes, and Fiberglas structures. The total rehabilitation process consist of applying a recognized structural cement mortar and an enhanced EPA verified [NSF/ Water Quality Control Center] epoxy coating material, both applied by trained, certified applicators using manufacturer approved equipment.
The firm’s Management Team is the co-inventor of the dry, microsilica cement process and is responsible; and offers this information for the user’s consideration, and warrants its products to be free from material defects and fully guarantees the uniformity of their product within the manufacturer’s specific tolerances. The manufacturer proposes the use of these materials only upon the condition that each party shall make his own tests to determine its suitability for a particular purpose.
